If a person violates Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, Article 9102, or a rule, or order of the commissioner or commission relating to the Act, proceedings may be instituted to impose administrative sanctions and/or recommend administrative penalties in accordance with the Act or Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated, Article 9100 and Chapter 60 (1994) of this title (relating to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation).
