1. (a) If a boiler has not been properly prepared for an internal inspection or a liquid pressure test as required by the Act and this chapter, the inspector may decline to make the inspection or witness the test.

   1. (1) The certificate of operation will be withheld until the owner or operator complies with all requirements.
   2. (2) A late inspection fee in accordance with §65.300 must be paid if the boiler is not inspected before the expiration date of the certificate of operation.

2. (b) Suspension or revocation of a commission.

   1. (1) An inspector's commission may be suspended or revoked by the department for incompetence, untrustworthiness, or falsification of an application or in an inspection report or other requirement under this chapter.
   2. (2) An inspector whose commission is revoked must wait at least one year after the revocation date to reapply.
