Fees--Annual Application Fees

(a) The promoter's license fee shall be $1,000.
(b) Each license application shall be accompanied by the annual license fees as follows:
1. (1) boxer--$30;
2. (2) manager--$150;
3. (3) second--$20;
4. (4) matchmaker--$150;
5. (5) referee--$50;
6. (6) judge--$30;
7. (7) timekeeper--$20.
