- (a) Contestants, promoters, referees, judges, seconds, matchmakers, managers, and timekeepers who officiate or participate in an event authorized by the Combative Sports Code must be licensed by the Commissioner.
- (b) If a licensee changes his/her address of record, the licensee shall inform the Commissioner in writing of the change within 30 days of the change.
- (c) A corporate or non-individual license holder shall notify the Commissioner of any change of 25% or greater of new or additional officers, stockholders, or directors within 30 days of the change.
- (d) Each applicant must submit a completed application or renewal form and the appropriate fees.
- (e) All licensees under the Code and these rules shall behave in a professional manner and at all times pertinent to the event, exhibit the highest degree of sportsmanlike conduct.
- (f) All licensees shall furnish all information required by the Department in a reasonable time period.
- (g) All parties shall carry out the terms and conditions of contracts to which they are parties.
- (h) All contestants, managers, seconds, and referees must attend the referee's rules meeting prior to a bout.
