1. (a) All full-contact martial arts are forms of a combative sport.
2. (b) All rules stated herein apply to martial art competitions with the exception of §§61.107 - 61.109 and 61.112, unless this section conflicts with another rule stated herein. If a conflict occurs, this section prevails.
3. (c) A contest or exhibition of a martial art must be conducted pursuant to the official rules for the particular art. The sponsoring organization or promoter must file with and obtain permission of the Executive Director prior to holding the contest.
