These rules are promulgated to establish continuing education provider and course requirements for the following occupations regulated by the Department of Licensing and Regulation: Electricians, as provided by Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1305. Additional continuing education requirements relating to electricians may be found in Chapter 73 of this title.
