1. (a) The advisory committee shall meet at the call of the presiding officer of the commission or the executive director.
2. (b) A quorum of the advisory committee is necessary to conduct official business. A quorum is three members.
3. (c) Advisory committee action shall require a majority vote of those members present and voting.
