1. (a) Pursuant to the authority under Texas Occupations Code §51.203, the commission shall adopt rules necessary to implement the Hearing Instrument Fitters and Dispensers program. Pursuant to §60.22 of this title, the department is authorized to propose rules.
2. (b) Pursuant to §51.2031, the department will not propose changes to standards of practice rules unless proposed by the advisory board.
3. (c) The commission will adopt rules governing changes to the standards of practice rules pursuant to §51.2031.
