1. (a) The applicant must pass each part of the examination (written, practical, and jurisprudence) with a score of 70 percent or greater.
2. (b) The department or the department's designee will notify the applicant in writing regarding the applicant's examination scores or results for the written and practical examinations. The department's designee will provide a certificate of completion to the applicant upon passage of the jurisprudence examination.
