1. (a) It shall be unlawful for the holder of any manufacturer's, general distributor's, local distributor's, or branch distributor's license to sell or to offer to sell any beer on credit to a veterans organization, fraternal organization, private club, or ultimate consumer.
2. (b) Any sale of beer on credit by a manufacturer or distributor to a veteran's organization, fraternal organization, private club, or ultimate consumer is hereby declared to be an inducement to purchase such beer in violation of § 108.06 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code.
3. (c) This section shall not apply to any veteran's organization, fraternal organization, private club, or ultimate consumer who is qualified to receive gifts of beer under the terms of any rule relaxing §108.06 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code.
