It shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture, import, sell or possess for the purpose of sale any alcoholic beverages made from dried grapes, dried fruits, or dried berries, or any compounds made from synthetic materials, substandard wines, imitation wines, or from must concentrated at any time to more than 80 degrees balling.
