Statements required under §§45.24-45.26 and 45.28 of this title (relating to Advertising: Standards Required; Advertisement Defined; Advertising: Mandatory Statements; and Advertising: Prohibited Statements), inclusive, to appear in any written printed, or graphic advertisement shall be in lettering or type of a size sufficient to render them both conspicuous and readily legible.
