1. (a) A holder of a wine bottler's permit may only bottle wine that it owns. A holder of a winery permit may only bottle wine that it manufactures or blends.
2. (b) A holder of a wine bottler's permit or a holder of a winery permit may not bottle or rebottle wine from a container of less than five gallons.
3. (c) A holder of a wine bottler's permit or a holder of a winery permit, or any agent, servant or employee of either, may not possess on the premises any wine in containers of less than five gallons except for the purpose of lawful sale.
