(a) This rule relates to §§11.13(a), 11.321(a), 11.61(b-1), 25.02(b), 61.52, 61.71(j), 61.71(k), and 69.02(b) of the Alcoholic Beverage Code.
(b) For purposes of the above referenced provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Code the population of a county shall be determined by the last preceding federal census.
