- (a) The owner of more than one package store who is also the holder of a local cartage permit may transfer liquor between any of his stores covered by package store permits in the same county.
- (b) The owner of more than one wine only package store, who is also the holder of a local cartage permit and who has designated one of his licensed premises as a place of storage, may transfer liquor from such storage to his other stores covered by a wine only package store permit in the same county and from such other stores to his storage place.
- (c) In making such transfers of liquor the permittee shall make and keep a permanent record of such liquor transferred, the date, the store to which transferred, and the manner in which the same was transported. He shall make an invoice in duplicate of each such transfer. The invoice shall show the date, the quantity, the size of containers, and the brand or brands of liquor, the name, and the address of the store from which the transfer is made and the store to which the transfer is made. The duplicate of such invoice shall be kept for a period of two years in the store transferring the liquor and the original shall accompany the shipment and be delivered to the receiving store and kept on file at that place for a period of at least two years.
- (d) Liquors so transferred may be transported only by the holder of a local cartage permit or a common carrier permit and shall in no event be transported to a location outside of the county in which the shipment originated.
- (e) Liquors so transferred by the holder of a Local cartage permit shall be made in the most direct route from the shipping store to the receiving store.
- (f) It shall be unlawful for any package store or wine only package store permittee to fail or refuse to make and keep the records as herein required. It shall be unlawful for any package store or wine only package store permittee to transfer any liquor from one store to another in any manner other than as herein provided or for the holder of a local cartage permit to fail to use the most direct route from the shipping store to the receiving store as provided on the invoice. It shall further be unlawful for the holder of a local cartage permit to transfer liquor to any address other than the address of the receiving store as shown on the invoice.
