1. (a) This section relates to Alcoholic Beverage Code §11.09 and §61.03.
2. (b) Secondary licenses, permits, and certificates that require the holder to first obtain another license or permit expire upon expiration or cancellation of the primary license or permit.
3. (c) A temporary license or permit expires on the date indicated on the license or permit or on the same date as the primary license or permit, whichever occurs earlier.
4. (d) Fees for a secondary license, permit, or certificate will not be prorated or refunded.
