1. (a) Charges made for providing copies of public information by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission shall be assessed in accordance with the schedule of charges maintained by the Texas General Services Commission and found at 1 TAC §§111.63-111.70.

2. (b) All agency charges for the production of public records will be itemized and billed utilizing an agency standardized billing statement. The statement shall reflect the following information:

   1. (1) date of billing;
   2. (2) description of information requested;
   3. (3) name of agency, company, corporation, individual, or entity requesting the information;
   4. (4) address of requester to include street, P.O. box, city and zip code;
   5. (5) telephone number of requestor;
   6. (6) method of payment, i.e., cash, check, etc.;
   7. (7) itemization of charges to include the delivery medium cost, personnel charges, overhead charges, computer resource charges, programming time, postage/shipping charges, fax charges, and other miscellaneous charges; and
   8. (8) total charges to requestor.
3. (c) General counsel for the agency shall be the agency's open records coordinator.
