1. (a) The commission may conduct a public hearing on any application.
2. (b) After proper notice, the commission may take action on an uncontested application at any time after the later of the expiration of the intervention period or for which all interventions are subsequently withdrawn.
3. (c) If a hearing is requested, the application will be processed in accordance with Chapter 22 of this title (relating to Procedural Rules).
