- (a) Commission-held hearings. All commission-held hearings will be held in person and in Austin, Texas unless the commission determines that it is in the public interest to hold a hearing elsewhere or virtually. The presiding officer may, by written order, authorize a prehearing conference to be conducted virtually.
- (b) Hearings held at SOAH. A pre-hearing conference or hearing held at SOAH, whether in-person or virtual, will be conducted in accordance with commission rules.
