- (a) The commission will meet at times and places to be determined either by the chairman of the commission or by agreement of a majority of the commissioners.
- (b) The chairman of the commission will preside over any proceeding or meeting of the commission, unless some other commissioner is designated by the chairman to preside.
- (c) Notice of all commission meetings will be provided in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, as amended, and the APA.
