- (a) An applicant for an original or renewal license that is a corporation or limited liability company shall file LPG Form 26 with the License and Permit Section of the Gas Services Division (the Section), prior to the issuance of such license, certifying that its Texas franchise taxes are current or such taxes are not applicable to the company. An applicant may file a Certificate of Account Status issued by the Office of the Comptroller of Public Accounts with the Section as an alternative to filing the LPG Form 26.
- (b) All applicants for license shall list on LPG Form 1 all names under which LP-gas related activities requiring licensing are to be conducted. Any company performing LP-gas activities under an assumed name ("DBA" or "doing business as" name) shall file copies of the assumed name certificates which are required to be filed with the respective county clerk's office and/or the secretary of state's office with the Section.
