- (a) A licensee shall notify the Commission when a previously certified individual is hired by immediately filing LPG Form 16A and a $10 fee with the Commission, or in lieu of that form, the $10 fee and a written notice including the employee's name as recorded on a current driver's license or Texas Department of Public Safety identification card, employee social security number, names of the newly-hired certified employee's previous and new employers, and types of LP-gas work to be performed by the newly-hired certified employee.
- (b) An ultimate consumer that operates an LP-gas transport shall also comply with this section.
