In addition to all other regulations governing motor carrier operations in interstate commerce, motor carriers of explosives or other dangerous articles shall be governed cumulatively by the following:
- (1) regulations of the Department of Transportation, as amended, supplemented, or revised, governing the transportation of explosives or other dangerous articles (49 Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 171-178, 397);
- (2) regulations of the commission issued through its Liquefied Petroleum Gas Division (see Liquefied Petroleum Gas Docket Number 1);
- (3) the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways (Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6701d).
