Revocation and Recapture of Incentives

- (a) An Applicant's eligibility for funds can be revoked after the project is completed for reasons including, but not limited to, those enumerated in §121.10(c) of this chapter, or inability to complete the project.
- (b) If an Applicant has already received the grant and is determined to not meet a requirement in any way, the Texas Film Commission can require that the Applicant refund any sum of the grant money paid to the Applicant by the State of Texas.
