13 Tex. Admin. Code § 19.1
The Texas Main Street Project of the Historical Commission is located at the commission's headquarters. It is funded from general revenue funds appropriated to the Texas Historical Commission and from public and private grants made to the commission for use in the Texas Main Street Project. The activities of the project are administered by staff of the Texas Historical Commission under the guidance of the commission's executive director and a Main Street Committee composed of three to five members of the Texas Historical Commission appointed by the chairman.
