(a) Any account that has been suspended may be reactivated within a five-year period if:
- (1) The borrower continues to meet eligibility requirements for service;
- (2) The account will be in good standing upon reactivation; and
- (3) The agency has received an application as required by §9.4 of this chapter (relating to Application for Service).
- (b) An account that has been closed for more than five years cannot be reactivated; the individual must file a new application.
