The following words and terms, when used in this sections, have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) Print access aid--A hardware or software product that improves or facilitates access to standard print by enlarging or magnifying print, or by electronically converting print to spoken, recorded, or tactile format.
2. (2) Public library--Has the meaning assigned by §441.122(12), Government Code, and its subsequent amendments. In this chapter, "public library" is used synonymously with "library."
3. (3) Texas State Library--The staff, collections, archives, and property of the Texas State Library and Archives Commission organized to carry out the Commission's responsibilities.
