The Texas Department of Economic Development (Department) adopts by reference the rules promulgated by the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) and the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) relating to the procedures for the negotiation and mediation of certain breach of contract claims asserted by contractors against the State of Texas, pursuant to §9 of House Bill 826, 76th. R.S., 1 TAC Chapter 68, Subchapters A-C, §§68.1, 68.3, 68.5, 68.7, 68.21, 68.23, 68.25, 68.27, 68.29, 68.31, 68.33, 68.35, 68.37, 68.47, 68.49, 68.51, 68.53, 68.55, 68.57, 68.59, and 68.61.
