The advertiser will have final editorial and proofing approval on all advertising copy prior to printing of the advertisement by TxED. However, TxED reserves the right to reject advertising copy which it deems inappropriate pursuant to §198.5(b) of this title (relating to Advertised Products and Services) or which it considers misleading or a misrepresentation of facts.
