(a) Unless otherwise noted, these rules apply to the GURI grant program.
(b) The OOG Chief of Staff or his designee may, in his sole discretion, waive any provision of this chapter upon a finding that the public interest would be furthered by granting a waiver. Any such waiver must be consistent with applicable statutory law.
