Issuance of a Texas Seal

(a) Issuance of a Texas Seal requires the submittal of an application for SOL, the applicable fee and the fee for each Texas Seal issued.
(b) A Texas Seal can only be issued to a home meeting the definition of a HUD Code manufactured home or a mobile home.
