(a) Subrecipients must ensure that data on all persons served and all activities assisted under Homeless Programs is entered into the applicable HMIS or HMIS-comparable database for domestic violence or legal service providers in order to integrate data from all homeless assistance and homelessness prevention projects in a CoC.
(b) The Performance Targets shall be indicated in the Contract.
