1. (a) The Administrator has 90 calendar days from the date the Department approves the line item contract bid the Administrator selected for award to complete all construction activities and submit the Project and Administrative draw request, with required supporting documentation, in the Housing Contract System for reimbursement by the Department. The Department may grant a one-time, 30-calendar day extension to the Project completion deadline. The Department may grant additional extensions due to extenuating circumstances that are beyond the Administrator's control.
2. (b) The Department will reimburse the Administrator in one, single payment after the Administrator's successful submission of the Project and Administrative draw request per Department instructions. Interim draws will not be permitted. The Department reserves the right to delay draw approval in the event that the Household expresses dissatisfaction with the work completed in order to resolve any outstanding conflicts between the Household, and the Administrator and its subcontractors.
