1. (a) In order for an Applicant to participate in the Reservation System, the Department must review and approve an Application to become a Reservation System Participant (RSP). Applications will be reviewed and, if the Application is not terminated in accordance with subsection (c) of this section, a Reservation System Participation Agreement will be drafted and presented to the Executive Director for approval in the order in which they are received.
2. (b) Applications for recertification may be submitted ninety (90) days prior to the end of the RSP agreement term and will be required to demonstrate that all Application requirements are met.
3. (c) Administrative Deficiencies must be cured within ten (10) business days of the date of the deficiency notice. If Administrative Deficiencies are not clarified or corrected within ten business days from the deficiency notice date, the Application may be terminated.
