1. (a) Purpose. The purpose of this section is to define the contract monitoring roles and responsibilities of certain divisions of the Department.

2. (b) Policy. Each program division is responsible for monitoring its programs, including conducting financial reviews, except as follows:

   1. (1) The Compliance Division is responsible for monitoring during the affordability period of each multifamily housing project.
   2. (2) The Compliance Division is responsible for monitoring single audit reports.
   3. (3) The Compliance Division is responsible for other financial audits as appropriate.
