A notice of suspension that is served on a driver must meet the requirements set out in Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 522, Subchapter I, Chapter 524, Subchapter B or Chapter 724, Subchapter C and in the department's ALR rules, 37 TAC Chapter 17.
