1 Tex. Admin. Code § 126.4
The proceeds from the sale of any surplus or salvage property, less the cost of advertising the sale, the cost, if any, of auctioneer services, and the amount of the fee collected under §126.3(c) of this title (relating to Disposition of Surplus and Salvage Property to the Public), shall be deposited to the credit of the item of appropriation to the agency for which the sale was made. The portion of the proceeds from the sale of any surplus or salvage property equal to the costs of advertising the sale and the costs of auctioneer services, if any, shall be deposited with the Comptroller of Public Accounts to the credit of the item of appropriation to the Commission from which such costs were expended. The fee collected under §126.3(c) of this title shall be deposited with the Comptroller of Public Accounts to the credit of the general revenue fund.
