1. (a) On behalf of the General Services Commission, the TSD participates in the Telecommunications Planning Group, whose duties and responsibilities are set out in Chapters 2054 and 2170, Government Code. Effective September 1, 1999, the Telecommunications Planning Group is the entity responsible for reviewing and approving all requests for waivers from the use of the TEX-AN.
2. (b) The TSD shall follow all Telecommunications Planning Group policies and procedures in fulfilling its role as a member.
