Temporary Use of Property on the Commission's Inventory

(a) Temporary use of parking garages and surface lots on the Commission's inventory must receive prior approval by the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
(b) The Commission is the "owner" of record for all property on its inventory for purposes of permits, zoning and other proceedings before local municipal authorities.
