(a) Requests for assignment of space in state office buildings under the commission's control shall be made in writing to the commission. Requests shall provide information required by §115.50 of this title (relating to Space Allocation) and shall include:
- (1) location of space desired; i.e., building, floor; and
- (2) justification statement of why the space is required and, for occupying agencies only, why the existing space is inadequate.
- (b) In assigning space in state buildings, priority shall be given those agencies receiving the greater share of their operating expense funds from the General Revenue Fund. Assignment of space for meetings is addressed in §125.13 of this title (relating to Group/Meeting Services).
