A registered seller of a business opportunity that does not file the updates required by §41.052 of the Texas Business Opportunities Act, Texas Business and Commerce Code, §41.001 et seq., is delinquent and subject to termination of its registration under the procedures outlined in §97.28 of this title (relating to Termination Procedure for Failure To File Required Updates).
