1. (a) The fee for filing and indexing a standard form under §96.4(a), and for stamping a furnished copy of the document to evidence the date, time, and place of filing, is the same fee as the uniform fee established for a comparable document under Chapter 9, Business & Commerce Code in standard form.
2. (b) The fee for filing and indexing a nonstandard form under §96.4(b), and for stamping a furnished copy of the document to evidence the date, time, and place of filing, is the same fee as the fee established for a comparable document under Chapter 9, Business & Commerce Code in nonstandard form.
3. (c) The fee for providing a certificate in connection with an information request made on a standard form under §96.4(c) is the same fee as the uniform fee established for a comparable request under Chapter 9, Business & Commerce Code in standard form.
4. (d) The fee for providing a certificate in connection with an information request made on a nonstandard form under §96.4(d) is the same fee as the fee established for a comparable request under Chapter 9, Business & Commerce Code in nonstandard form.
5. (e) The fee for copies of transition property notice filings made in connection with an information request is the same fee as the uniform fee established for furnished copies of a document under Chapter 9, Business & Commerce Code.
6. (f) The fee for a self-service copy of a transition property notice filing is the same fee established under Chapter 552, Government Code and Chapter 71 of this title.
