- (a) Rules: 12:00 noon, Monday, the week before publication. Miscellaneous documents: 12:00 noon, Wednesday, the week before publication. When a state holiday falls on Monday or Wednesday, the deadline will be the day before Monday or Wednesday that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or state holiday.
- (b) We will notify agencies in advance of any changes that occur in the deadline and publication schedule by publishing a notice in the "In Addition" section of the Texas Register.
