The Secretary of State may maintain a database of best practices reported by those entities issued a certificate of recognition and may make that database available to the Human Trafficking Prevention Task Force, as defined in §402.035 of the Government Code, and other members of the Human Trafficking Prevention Business Partnership. Members of the partnership are encouraged to review the reported best practices and determine whether such practices can be implemented in its business practices.
