Primary finance rules §§81.101-81.136 of this title (relating to Political Parties) apply to the conduct of joint primaries, except provisions that are inconsistent with joint primary finance rules §§81.145-81.157 of this title (relating to Joint Primary) or that cannot feasibly be applied to joint primaries.
