1. (a) The SOS shall reimburse necessary telephone and postage costs incurred with respect to the administration of the primary elections beginning no earlier than November 1, 2011 and ending no later than the last day of the month in which the last primary or runoff election is held.
2. (b) In counties with fewer than 150 primary election day polling places, the county party may be reimbursed for the lease of no more than two telephone lines.
3. (c) In counties with 150 or more primary election day polling places, the county party may be reimbursed for the lease of no more than four telephone lines.
