1. (a) Acceptable words of organization, or abbreviations thereof are set forth in §§5.054 - 5.059 of the Texas Business Organizations Code.

2. (b) The following words, when used alone, do not satisfy the statutory requirements for words of organization:

   1. (1) "companies," "corporations," "incorporation," and "unlimited;"
   2. (2) "limited partnerships;" and
   3. (3) "limited" or "company," to identify a limited liability company.
3. (c) Neither the words nor the abbreviations of the words of organization listed in §§5.054 - 5.059 of the Texas Business Organizations Code are a sufficient basis to distinguish among otherwise deceptively similar or same names.
