- (a) The registration of claim will be accepted for filing only upon submission of a completed claim form and payment of the applicable fee.
- (b) The registration will be effective as of the date of receipt by the secretary of state, or a registration of claim which complies with §76.11 of this title (relating to Registration of Claim Form) and the Texas Property Code, Chapter 26; and receipt of the filing fee specified in the Texas Property Code, Chapter 26.
