1. (a) A registration statement will be accepted for filing only upon submission of a completed registration form and payment of the applicable fee.
2. (b) The registration statement shall be on a form promulgated by the secretary of state entitled public safety organization, independent promoter, or public safety publication registration statement. The form may be obtained by writing to the Statutory Documents Section, Office of the Secretary of State, P.O. Box 12887, Austin, Texas 78711-2887.
3. (c) If an initial or renewal registration is not complete before the 45th day after it is received incomplete, the file will be closed and registration fee forfeited.
4. (d) If a renewal filing is not received before the 30th day after the registration has lapsed, the file will be closed.
