The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
- (1) GAAS--Generally Accepted Auditing Standards;
- (2) OAG--Office of the Attorney General;
- (3) UGMS--Uniform Grant Management Standards published by the Governor's Office of Budget and Planning;
- (4) FTFG--Family Trust Fund Grant;
- (5) RFP--Request for Proposal;
- (6) IFB--Invitation for Bid;
- (7) HUB--Historically Underutilized Businesses.
